My Morning Routine: Waking Up at 4 am

It’s no longer true that the early bird gets the worm. At least not when it comes to humans starting their day early for the sake of becoming successful. Nowadays, the early bird does catch a worm, but so also do the midday bird, evening dove, and the night owl.
